- The District B Coordinating Council facilitates sharing of information with residents and encourages cooperation among civic groups. The DBCC is a non-partisan advocate for the residents of District B, creating a continuous dialog with the elected leaders and government agencies in order to maximize influence in local government. The Council expects periodic responses from our elected officials on matters of importance to our district.
